For a clean, compliant result the first time. Follow this sequence whether you are lettering one truck or twenty.
Measure the door panel width and height you want to cover. Note any curves, body lines, or hardware that affects placement. Take a photo of both sides of the cab with a tape measure visible.
If your vehicle requires CVOR lettering, order that first. It ships in 1–3 business days. Have it on-hand before the branding graphics are applied. CVOR goes on last — on top of or alongside any wrap or base graphics.
Select your package based on vehicle type. Provide your company name, phone number, and logo file. Premium outdoor vinyl ships pre-cut, pre-spaced on application tape. No design fees for standard layouts.
Before application: wash the panel with soap and water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Remove wax, polish, or protective coatings from the application area. Temperature should be between 10°C and 35°C for best adhesion.
Follow the included instructions. Use the squeegee at a 45-degree angle. Remove the transfer tape slowly. For CVOR markings: measure the finished height to confirm 76mm minimum. Photograph both sides for your records.
